Moving to Xero

1. We listen

We want to know everything about your business, what makes it tick, and what your challenges are. The more we know, the better!

2. We document

We document your current financial processes and give you a report on where we think they can be improved/simplified. We will be looking at areas such as Xero add-ons, time saving tools and automation.

As an additional option, we can also give an opinion on your current profitability and cash generation, together with recommendations for improvement. The report will include a full breakdown of costs and our involvement.

3. We promise

Should you decide to go ahead we will produce a service level agreement, which essentially documents our promise to you, and what we will require from you – We’re in this together!

4. We document

We do what we said, when we said we would do it.

5. We train

We’ll support you with understanding the processes we implement and the various Xero reports you’ll receive from us.

6. We review

We will review the new system to make sure it’s working for you.
