Something we’re passionate about at Portt & Co is creating a better future.
With the current uncertain times for employment and the ever-growing concerns about the environment, we’ve launched a new pledge, Portt & Grow.
The Office for National Statistics (ONS) reports that an estimated 1.52 million people were unemployed in the period June to August 2020, 138,000 more than the previous quarter. We want to do our bit to reduce that figure by offering our payroll clients an incentive.
Under our Portt & Grow pledge, we will not increase our payroll clients’ fees when they create new roles and opportunities for employment. Through our commitment to the environment as a climate positive workforce, we will also plant a tree for every new job created, by donating to an environmental charity.
Through Portt & Grow, we hope to inspire others to encourage the development of the jobs market and to do their bit to fight climate change.
